Returns

At Ripeshop we want you to be delighted with your product. If you wish to return an item, please send back unused and in original packaging within 7 days. Please contact us at mail@ripeshop.co.uk before sending to receive an authorisation code. We will refund the full original payment but not the cost of postage or return postage of the item. We recommend you obtain proof of posting and ensure that items are adequately insured. Goods remain your responsibilty until we receive them. Refund payments will be made as soon as the goods are received back.

If the item is being returned because it is faulty please contact us by email: mail@ripeshop.co.uk to confirm the fault and so that we can make arrangements to also refund postage costs. When returning items please ensure that you include your details.

Orders may be cancelled and refunded in full at any point up until the goods have been dispatched.

Goods returned to us as undeliverable or not collected from post office depot will be refunded, although not inclusive of original postage costs.

Unwanted items will not be accepted after 28 days of purchase

Your credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date is taken by our payment company through a secure server. We do not ever see your credit card details.

We only keep details of your purchases and address in our online database. Credit/debit card information is not kept on file by ripeshop.co.uk.
