At Ripeshop we want you to be delighted with your product. If you wish to return an item, please send back unused and in original packaging within 7 days. Please contact us before sending to receive an authorisation code-mail@ripeshop.co.uk. We will refund the full original payment but not the cost of postage or return postage of the item. We recommend you obtain proof of posting and ensure that items are adequately insured. Goods remain your responsibilty until we receive them. Refund payments will be made as soon as the goods are received back.

If the item is being retuned because it is faulty please contact us by email- mail@ripeshop.co.uk to confirm the fault and so that we can make arrangements to also refund postage costs. When returning items please ensure that you include your details.
